Benefit Management Services (BMS) has been providing third-party administration since 1995, when it was incorporated as a specialized claims unit to serve self-funded clients. Benefit Management Services is a division of Southern National Life Insurance Company, Inc.

BMS has the ability to provide competitive stop-loss coverage, efficient claims administration and the ability to access the discounts negotiated in Louisiana networks. The stop-loss carriers provide stop-loss premium discounts that are greater than those offered by competitors.
