This page lets our group contacts securely access their employees' Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) quickly and easily through BMS' online claims communications service. All you need is your web browser and your log-in user name and password to see up-to-date employees' EOBs whenever you want to.

Please remember that you will be viewing protected health information, and as a safeguard to your employees, do not leave your computer session open for others to view in your absence. Be sure to log off immediately when you complete your session.
