In addition to our experienced claims processors and service representatives, the staff of BMS includes qualified individuals who oversee operations. The following key individuals are involved in servicing accounts.

Michael Saylor, Director of TPA Operations
Saylor has more than 29 years of claims experience and 20 years of third-party administration experience. He is a licensed health and life insurance agent in the state of Louisiana. A member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, Saylor graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration.

Greg Hanly, Director of National and Self-Funded Accounts
Hanly has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, including a 10-year stint overseeing the Provider Contracting division. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Louisiana State University.

Sheila Harrington, Manager of Life Operations
Harrington is a licensed health and life insurance agent. She is a member of the National Association of Employees Benefits Administration and has completed seven of 10 Life Office Management Association (LOMA) courses, with continuing study in progress. She has more than 26 years of insurance claims experience.

Gina Cutrer, Marketing Service Representative
A licensed health, life and accident broker, Cutrer has been active in the health care industry since 1981. She is a member of the Baton Rouge Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has more than 22 years of experience in the business.

Darsella A. Donahue, Account Manager
Donahue brings over 20 plus years of experience, she was with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and licensed as a health and life broker. She was also an active member of the Portland Association Health and Life Underwriters prior to moving here to Louisiana.

Gigi Altazin, TPA Manager
Altazin manages customer service, claims repricing, claims auditing and training. She has more than 16 years of experience in the health insurance industry.

Kathy Goudeau, TPA Manager
With more than 17 years of TPA claims experience, Goudeau is currently enrolled in Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) courses.

Marilyn Wilkinson, TPA Manager
Wilkinson has more than 16 years of health care business operations experience. She holds an associate’s degree in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University, New Orleans campus.
